• Founder — AceCubing: a skill-building education brand for kids/parents (online video courses + offline workshops; no live classes).

• Author — “Surrogate Entrepreneur”: a book on startup funding, founder psychology, and the Funding Effect (my thesis: capital doesn’t “fix” a company — it amplifies the founder’s habits, culture, and incentives).
