Before we get into the details I want to drop my workout here. I work out 6 days a week and have been trying to maintain a cut. Losing fat and gaining muscle has been my prime goal, I have been targeting the chest muscle group to be a par with my other muscle groups. I follow the bro split, which means one muscle group every day, for example, if I do chest on Monday, I will do back on Tuesday and repeat every week with hitting one muscle group once a week. I know this method is old and orthodox but it best works out for me personally.
